Being able to dress how you want is a major part of your mental health. If all you wear are clothes that dont really fit and dont really describe You, you arent going to feel your best.
Fashion as a concept though is a bunch of bullshit. Its a bunch of meaningless trends in fast fashion with a forceful message of "If you dont wear these expensive clothes that are designed to only look good on mannequins and clothes hangers youre worthless."
